- The filter material moves through the front tensioning mechanism, preventing it from falling or getting torn during transport. The speed difference between the two motors allows for infinitely adjustable folding heights without needing to change rollers, thus enhancing production efficiency. The solenoid valve regulates the glue outlet, controlling glue application, consistency, and amount effectively. The cooling device’s fan accelerates the curing of hot melt glue. The wave collecting mechanism, with its motorized adjustable thorns, accommodates various folding heights and is easy to adjust. The extended conveying device supports the product cutting requirements.
2. Filter Material Handling:
- The roll of filter material is mounted on an air shaft, ensuring it is centered properly. The filter material is loaded onto the material rack via the feeding device’s swing arm, and its head is threaded through the tensioning roller of the tension control device. Adjust the speed ratio between the receiving and transmitting servo motors according to the desired folding height. The material is divided into sections while remaining connected. Open the glue outlet switch as per the filter material’s width. After gluing, the hot melt glue solidifies with the help of the cooling device, and the cooling fan’s airflow is adjusted based on the glue strip size. The material is then shaped and received through the receiving mechanism, with the distance between the upper and lower receiving thorns adjusted according to the folding height. Ensure the distance is centered on the tangent point of the upper and lower receiving rollers. Finally, the completed material is conveyed out of the machine, finishing the folding and gluing process.
